A full text service from the Independent with lots of added features. Still free.
Financial Times 
Website for the Financial Times - simply the best source of business information around. FT.com is another news Web site that is to start charging users. Visitors to the site will be able to view only the latest share prices and selected news stories free of charge. For around £100 a year, subscribers will have access to archived material, sector analysis and financial information. The Lex column will be included in the subscribers-only area.
Times 
The Times is still giving free access to articles published within the last seven days, but older material going back to 1985 is now only accessible via a subscription service and as text only. There is a "sample search" page that lets you try out the new service. Although you can view the results list, you have to subscribe to the service in order to retrieve the articles. Payment in advance is required.
