Social media is a very hot topic Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube dominate the media landscape particularly with certain age groups, but increasingly are becoming part of the mainstream and an obvious means of communicating and sharing information. This workshop will reveal how social media can become part of regular market communications within a business environment and provide business benefits.
