iPhone programming at your fingertips

6th – 10th September 2010

If you are a keen programmer and are particularly interested in taking your programming skills a step further then why not sign up to our iPhone programming course in September.

The course will run for 5 days in Aberystwyth University and offers programmers a chance to build applications to run on the iPhone, iPod touch and the iPad.

The course, is ideal for existing developers with no specific experience of iPhone programming or Objective-C.

Attendees will also learn to create user interfaces for Apps, integrate complex data, explore the different API’s that exist for handling swipes, sensor data and interacting with the network.

If you work in an SME1 or reside within in any of the Convergence areas in Wales then you can attend this course for free2.

We can also provide low cost accommodation for the week in the University halls of residence.

1 SME is a Small and Medium Enterprise, which employs up to 250 employees and has a turnover not exceeding 50 million Euro or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million Euro.

2 European funding is used to provide this free course. In taking the course, your company will need to record that you have received a set amount of ‘de minimis’ aid. We are currently waiting for confirmation on the amount. Please get in touch for further information.
