Co-founder, Wolfestone Translation

Anna Bastek is the co-founder of Wolfestone Translation Ltd, a rapidly growing and multi award winning international translation company.

Anna has wide ranging management and strategic experience and impressive track record building start-up companies and accelerating revenue. Annas career so far has included being a Marketing Director for an Electronics Design Company, has also set up several companies whilst Wolfestone has turned out to be hugely successful.

As well as its rapidly growing team in its Welsh HQ, Wolfestone has additional staff working from its US and German offices plus a network of 6,000 translators across the globe. Within the next year Anna sees expansion into the Middle East, South East Asia and Russia as the next steps.

Anna Bastek was awarded the title of "Swansea Bay Business Woman of the Year 2009" and the overall title of Swansea Bay Woman of the Year 2009.

Annas ambition is to write a book for women and share her experience in business and encourage women to follow their dreams, as well as become a venture capitalist and help people commercialise their ideas.
