For our final event in the ITWales programme for 2009, we welcome guest speaker Richard Sheppard from Draig Technology Ltd, to outline ways to improve your software process to ensure that your software outputs are commercially viable.

Richard will discuss the importance of having your software development processes clearly defined, based upon the essential building blocks - from requirements management and technical architecture/design decisions, to software configuration management and deployment choices.
