The science and art behind the creation of maps has developed from ancient Babylonian clay tablets to the sophisticated hi tech world of Google Earth. Ed Parsons, Geospatial Technologist at Google
takes us on a journey of discovery as we join him in his mission to build the world's most detailed map.
Doors open at 6pm for registration and light refreshments, with time to browse some of the interactive displays in the museum before the lecture which will be delivered from 7pm - 8pm.
