  • Effort verses reward
  • Application specific and custom databases
  • all with a view to making the process as simple and streamlined as possible
Databases are an often-misunderstood business tool which, if not handled correctly have the potential to cost more than their rewards in terms of; efficiency, cost savings and better business control. By taking a pragmatic view to data control it is possible to quickly reap the rewards of structured data, and leverage those rewards into effective business control and decision-making. Readymade solutions to common business processes, such as Customer Relationship Management CRM will be discussed to consider the advantages and disadvantages of those solutions. The event will aim to provide the audience with the tools to make well considered business decisions.
