Welsh SMEs are now widely using ICT applications to support day-to-day business processes. Many also see the potential of extending the use of technology to strengthen business development, increase profitability and ensure smart working.

The barriers to expansion are sometimes too great for a small business to overcome:
Too little time; too little knowledge; too few resources: dealing with IT issues is often well down the list of priorities for any business.

ITWales is committed to supporting the continued development of technology in SMEs across the Objective 1 areas of Wales. We have planned a series of business breakfasts to outline just how easy it is to access support to help you realise your full potential. Each event will focus on the opportunities and benefits the ITWales placement and project schemes can offer and will include case studies of businesses that have benefited from the programme.
