A website without visitors is not an Internet presence. Paula Dauncey from Imaginet takes you through how to use the Internet and e-mail to attract new customers and retain existing ones. The session will cover topics including online marketing, search engine promotion and e-mail marketing.

This event is part of the Wales e-business club programme of events and is run in association with West Wales Chamber of Commerce and Swansea Bay IT Centre.
