In order to effectively use a tool as large as Delphi, it is essential to get hands on experience, and to understand a little of what is going on in the background, this will increase your confidence in finding a solution when things don't go according to plan.
By the end of the course you will be able to

  • State the purposes of the different files that Delphi creates
  • Create simple Delphi applications
  • Compile, build and run applications using the IDE
  • Build user interfaces that comply with current style guidelines
  • Find your way around the menus and component palette of the IDE
