    What we liked:

  • Reasonably compact and sleek-looking
  • Lightweight and easily portable
  • Decent battery life - 3-4 hours' performance after every charge
  • Good price
  • Nice feel with excellent keypad and natty `finger mouse' button
  • Bright and defined monitor

    What we didn't like:

  • External floppy drive that connects via USB port (we prefer internal)
  • Bit plastic
  • Dull sound - average for a laptop
  • Good performance but not outstanding; average speed and power
  • Screen dims when battery power fades - and uses up power when it's bright

    Verdict:

  • Very good value overall, sensible package for business users
